Repairs & maintenance
Painting, plumbing, electrical work, pest control and lock changes.

Three quotes above ₹5,000; your written approval first.
Boundary survey & demarcation
Fixing or re-establishing boundary stones.
Surveyor's and government fees + 10% supervision fee
Only a licensed surveyor or the revenue department.
Removing squatters or an encroachment
Anyone living on or using your property without your permission is removed, and the boundary is restored.
Advocate's fee and official fees at actuals + 10% supervision fee
Carried out through our partner advocate and the local police, on a quote you approve. Every step photographed.
Storm or cyclone check visit
We aim to visit within 2 working days of the warning being lifted, once roads are safe, in the four open districts.
The extra-visit price for your zone
Only once the area is safe; roof, walls, trees, drains and water damage photographed.
Society or RWA liaison
Dues, notices, maintenance requests and NOC follow-up with your apartment society.

Utility disconnection or reconnection
Power, water or gas when the property is empty, or when it is used again.

You sign the application; we track it and photograph the meter.
Evidence & satellite add-on
Every photo is fingerprinted (SHA-256) for every client. The evidence add-on prints the fingerprints in your report, with a section 63 certificate on request. The satellite add-on checks for changes between visits.
Evidence ₹199 · Satellite ₹299 · both ₹399, per month + GST, on top of your plan
Satellite checks are for land of one acre or more. An alert triggers a visit; nothing is reported until checked on site.
Help with government processes
Online verification, mutation follow-up, certified copies and EC, property tax assessment, land-record corrections.
Government fee at actuals + ₹1,499 per application
